Cons
significant pressure and effort to remove US resources and replace with "cost effective" off shore resources. Claims to invest in employee, but training $$ are extremely difficult to get approved. Lack of work life balance in many areas of the company. All most all roles are salaried and there is more than a little expectation that you will work significantly more than a 40 hour week.
