Management covers their own butt, not enough pay for the workload you do, yearly raise is no more than 20 cents, everyone always have attitudes, if you need help the team leads sound so irritated, everyone is always late for work, they don't care about you or your pay, they expect you to lie to customers, they constantly mess with the automated system so more calls are on que, people aren't trained the same and don't take the same payments (some people take more pymts) employees are begged to train new employees, it's a mess. Don't bother to apply. OH and HR overpays people and takes the money back each time you get paid.
