No room for growth unless you are a technical superstar, favoritism given to the most technical people regardless of what skills a certain task may require. Too many meetings and too much time discussing things that do not matter. Paperwork and bureaucracy overload no matter what position you are in. S1 takeover ruined the atmosphere in the cape town office due to lack of honesty and quality communication, too much business jargon e.g. "synergise" to make one redundant. No accredited training offered, only courses that dont help grow your career.
