Pros
This is a good company to work for with (almost) decent salaries and nice colleagues. The office is great with modern furniture, generous space, pool table etc.
Cons
It can be very hard to get promoted, despite of having great results. If you don't work in a low cost location, you are always at risk to be fired in case of reorganization, which happens in fact at the beginning of each year.
