1. A well organised product based company with good values, gives a lot of importance to its employees. 2. 70% employees here have a tenure of more than 5 years which shows how comfortable the work place is. 3. Great perks and salary hike. 4. Frequent outings, lunches and annual party every year end. 5. Sports, cultural and CSR activities. 6. Work from home facility and enough leaves (depends on the team )
Cons
Job security is at risk, layoffs happen every year and it depends on what kind of role you are in. Otherwise there’s nothing as cons that I’ve seen during my tenure.
