Pros
Very interesting problem space. Colleges with lots of experience and a willingness to teach. If you put yourself forwards, there are great opportunities to learn and grow. If you enjoy ACI, it could very well be your last company. They work hard to retain staff.
Cons
Lack of transparency. Be this on project budgets, promotions, salaries, hiring processes. Overall information is very much held with key people and very little is flowing down to the staff. Also projects are regularly under-budgeted, and upper management regularly show a lack of understanding of Agile. Critical questions asked during all staffs are ignored or deflected.
