Pros
They try to change/improve the culture but there is a long way before they get there... Ability to work from home... - this depends on manager...
Cons
- Treat employees like robots - Most of Management does not care what is the person's out of work situation - When you get promoted you are expected to work longer hours (but don't you get promoted because you already shown you are capable of maintaining the higher position) - Thank you's and recognition are hard to come, and they are bogus when they happen - Putting too much on one person - Way too aggressive and UNREALISTIC goals - Off-shore employees are treated like Gods - they can do no wrong - They say they listen, but then they say: no - we can't do that - why then waste employees' time? - They promote work life balance, but to management that means - work around the clock - I could go on... Basically, if you are single, likeable and power hungry, this place may work for you
