Employee policy is extremely good Great work environment Opportunities to try different roles within company
Cons
Reluctant to give raises and promotions. Management is extremely opaque when it comes to future scope and prospects. Tech stack for many products is decades old. Less focus on innovation and more on code maintenance and updation. I would recommend freshers to leave after one year as you won't get proper technical guidance from senior software staff.
