Pros
Like any large company (4500+) employees, experiences vary considerably by business unit and at the team level. Overall, my teammates and managers have been amazing. If your manager is ok with working from home sometimes, this is a huge benefit to your work/life balance. Benefits overall are pretty good. It's really the experience working with incredibly smart, hardworking people that stands out here. You'll find that most employees love their teams and coworkers but detest management. I will say the technology business unit has by far the best management and leadership in the company. The products, technology and industry are interesting and the company is seen as a leader in the market.
Cons
This is an extremely top heavy organization. There seems to be a million VPs and not enough people to actually do the work. Executives are completely out of touch. There is zero loyalty, they'll let you go if you've been there working hard for 20 or 30 years without a second thought. Their compensation increases are a joke but I've heard a lot of companies don't give any. My biggest complaint is having no career path or professional development - they won't let you change roles so you're stuck. Overall your experience will completely depend on what organization and what team you're in because I know this isn't the case for other people.
