Managers are not technical sounds ,they don't have management skills also ,always fight with engineers.
The client is more priority than the employee... treats engineers as their slaves. force to work on the weekend , no work from home option .
HR department is very worst ,they don't the response to your queries ,came to office only to show off ,don't even know the salary structure .
There is no support for employees from the manager ,they do micro management . They recruit people without interview for their references who is not having the skill set for requirements.
