1- First its a service based company that is having n number of projects from different companies.
i worked there for 6 months only, as far as i know higher mngmt itself don't know what is the actual process.
2 - HR as employee will be working for clients they have know idea what employee is going through and even they respond mail very late sometime don't.
3 - if you hired a software engineer dont put them on automation but they can not do this because they don't have any idea about difference between automation and development.
4 - timesheet as they count 9 hours exactly if you are in calsoft campus even you cant smoke :-)
