Good Hike for new joinees but somethings are is disappointing - Software Engineer ACL Digital Employee Review

I recently joined Friendly HR persons and IT Helpdesk. Good Manager but disappointing all the below things. No Joining gifts. No standard mandatory softwares(MS office,Outlook etc..) No ventilization on floors. No social websites are allowed(like facebook,online news wesites"Nobody can concentrate complete office hours on work especially engineering jobs(social websites will help for refresh during the high work pressure please consider most of our competators also providing the access to those websites and also they genreates good productivity and revenues)"). Most of the co-workers are very disappointed due to many many reasons.
