#1 Too much dependency on client and if something goes wrong, you're on bench for months without project. And all manager say is learn and freshup skills. #2 Machine given is good for 2007 and not 2017. #3 Internet constraint is very bad. No news, youtube as such. #4 Attendance and logging are not employee friendly. #X Treat people on bench as regular employees, give them atleast a machine worth running a web-browser with 15tabs.
