Pros
Work life balance. The average talent of the company is way too low so work wise it will be a cake walk. Even a intermediate talent will feel like a genuine because of the average crowd. The manager are all people manager and have very basic skills in technical domain. So you can perform without any fear. They won't fire you. Very rare case.
Cons
There is no growth as people are there for almost many decades and have no idea about the current industry standards. They are in yester year hangover. So the company is not growing in business hence no expansion and hence no growth for employees
