Even if you come at 10.01 am, useless HRs there deduct leaves in the name of process 2. Projects can be ramp down any time even at a short notice. 3. Not many good project. Mostly support/maintenance kind of work. 4. Projects are all client driven. Even if an employee face any problem while working for a client, management never bothers to help employee and interfere with client. Client is GOD for them.
