1. Since the company is a service provider, it is purely dependant on the projects from the client. 2. Also, unfortunately, there is only one client (client monopoly). 3. Sometimes have to face bench (have to be idle for few months). 4. In some projects where head count is less, employee at client place is responsible for eveything. He must be adaptable, customer focused, self-learner, pro-active and he has to look after his future projections (projects).
