Pros
- Good salary compared to other service based companies. - Low variable. ~5% of salary - High firing rate (1.5 - 2 months without project, u will get fired. I look it as positive. Company does not disturb much at-least after forced layoff & allow to prepare from home. Within this ~3 months including NP. One can get even better job with preparation. If one can't then, he/she is not already proving why company should fire him/her.) - Near zero communication if one is set at client location. (Good no!?) - Useful Diwali gifts, mostly electronics items.
Cons
Many, I don't want to count. - Bad infra. food-pantry services, sitting arrangement. workstation etc - Worst food (Repeat this 5 times! -*-*-*-*- I started to switch company after only being served (*only*) one maida roti with waste sabji with lot of steamed rice and watery sambhar for 60-70 rs everyday.) - High firing rate (2 months without project, u will get fired. Might be bad who can't find other job easily.) - Near zero communication if set at client location. (Good for me, but *Bad* for ppl who crave for chit chat to managers or are attention hungry!) - Too much concerned about money saving. Like, did not send Experience letter even after lockdown was over as it might cost them thousands dollars within country! While I see most of other companies send it if request them for original copy. Now I would have to go and collect it from office.
