Pros
Literally None. Even if I try to think any, I dont think I would be able to recollect. Might lure you into joining with high salary and then the appraisal would be at less than a snail pace. Which will ultimately get you below than the price you could have been in some other org.
Cons
So many cons. I f you are trying to get a job on ACL's payroll while working for their client rather stay unemployed for few days and search a better opportunity. No support is provided from the company, be it allowance for wfh, or any other. Management has lapses in almost everything. I am really regretting my decision to join this company.
