1) Unprofessional middle management .2)Managers are behaves like company owners.No ethics. Based on the manager and directors rules will be changing.Very unfair management. If you want just job security dont come here.They will not give NP what they provide in your offer letter.They will not provide any compensation also. This also based on your manager .They have only manager rules.They donot have any HR policies it will be vary person to person.Hikes are very very less for existing employees.
