6% 401k matching, on-campus nurse, close to mall.

Cons

A new CEO who haphazardly reorganized company departments. Creating chaos in previous well oiled processes. That CEO is now out but I think I continue to look for another job as the security I once felt has waned.

Thank you for your feedback. Our company experienced a lot of changes in 2018 and 2019 at a very fast pace. Although 2020 has been a bit chaotic in general, we've worked hard to create/provide a steady environment and resume a more "normal operations" pace. Employee value has been steadily declining over the last 5 years. Sold to a private equity in December and had some major layoffs of central employees that had projects they were working on. Huge pressure on existing employees to pick up the pieces without any clear hand off. Resources are scarce and no clear understanding of goals.
