Thank you so much for your feedback. We made some changes in our approach to training in 2018, and we understand that the changes did not have the effect that we hoped. In 2020, we are working on training and career development using feedback and suggestions from our employees. Although this has been a challenging year, we hope that you will see improved access to training and more clarity on career paths, etc. as we roll out the changes.
