Pros

For me, the mission of serving churches makes it more than a job. Great people, great culture and good leadership. The remote working plan seems to be working.

Cons

There were some leadership issues that were resolved two years ago.

Insurance, 401K, remote/office flexibility. On site NP & Chiro.

Cons

Employee value has been steadily declining over the last 5 years. Sold to a private equity in December and had some major layoffs of central employees that had projects they were working on. Huge pressure on existing employees to pick up the pieces without any clear hand off. Resources are scarce and no clear understanding of goals.
