We are constantly trying to offer relevant benefits, and we've been able to keep the employee-portion of our two tier benefits plan flat or even reduced over the last few years. We definitely want to hear what might be missing or not working. We can't get better if we aren't aware of where we can improve. Employee value has been steadily declining over the last 5 years. Sold to a private equity in December and had some major layoffs of central employees that had projects they were working on. Huge pressure on existing employees to pick up the pieces without any clear hand off. Resources are scarce and no clear understanding of goals.
