Pros

ACST gives all employees plenty of opportunities to expand their skills. I have taken many online courses and attended conferences (all of which ACST paid for) to learn more about my current job as well as other skills I'm interested in. They treat you more than just an employee. You can tell, through praise and actions, that ACST truly cares about all employees.

Cons

Employees have to take initiative to further develop themselves, and some don't do that. I have to deal with coworkers who don't necessarily give their fullest effort.

Cons

Employee value has been steadily declining over the last 5 years. Sold to a private equity in December and had some major layoffs of central employees that had projects they were working on. Huge pressure on existing employees to pick up the pieces without any clear hand off. Resources are scarce and no clear understanding of goals.
