Pros

Caring company with excellent mission, clients, company culture, team members, leadership and ownership! Working from home is huge benefit for many. I’ve spent 13 years (1/3 of my professional career) at this company and I could not have asked for better owners, leaders, and co-workers.

Cons

Every organization has ups and downs and bumps along the way, but it has been a pleasure and privilege to work for this company. This company has caring and consistent ownership and leadership.

Insurance, 401K, remote/office flexibility. On site NP & Chiro.

Cons

Employee value has been steadily declining over the last 5 years. Sold to a private equity in December and had some major layoffs of central employees that had projects they were working on. Huge pressure on existing employees to pick up the pieces without any clear hand off. Resources are scarce and no clear understanding of goals.
