Pros
The pros are endless at ACV. - A modern work environment: stand up desks, no cubicles, top of the line tech equipment. Cons
One thing some employees may see as a con is how much the company expects from it's employees. ACV is growing rapidly, which requires a lot of hard work. This is not the right environment for everyone - but if you can commit to working hard and occasionally working more than 40 hours (when necessary) - you'll love ACV.
