Pros

The pros are endless at ACV. - A modern work environment: stand up desks, no cubicles, top of the line tech equipment. ACV also allows employees to dress casually - Opportunity for growth: ACV is growing very quickly and there is a lot of opportunity for promotion (for the people that work for it) - Flexibility: ACV does not have rigid work schedules like many companies - Executive team: ACV has an incredible Executive team of business professionals from all over the US. They are personable and they genuinely care about their employees. - Work life balance: Family and health come before work.

Cons

One thing some employees may see as a con is how much the company expects from it's employees. ACV is growing rapidly, which requires a lot of hard work. This is not the right environment for everyone - but if you can commit to working hard and occasionally working more than 40 hours (when necessary) - you'll love ACV.

Pros

A dedicated team in every department every section, every inch of this company. Someone can help you. Management is responsive and engaged. Tech support is out of this world in how much knowledge they have.

Cons

Pros

Freedom to mostly self-manage, occasionally get to interact with cool people and take pictures of cars for a living. Lots of daily driving also meant nice mileage checks, but heavy wear on my car.

Cons

99.9% of the work is photographing junk heaps that belong in a scrap yard and being encouraged to market them in better condition than they actually are, then the inspector is punished for any post-sale issues. Manager was a control freak while simultaneously being almost entirely absent; I think I saw them in-person twice in the almost 2 years I worked there. Working in direct sunlight in extreme temperatures on blacktop with a phone that constantly overheats and most cars dont have working A/C on top of smelling like pure garbage.
