Pros
The product portfolio is genuinely interesting and the industry itself has real purpose. Some colleagues at peer level are talented and collaborative.
Cons
The most significant issue is the leadership culture. Senior and top management operate in a manner that normalises behaviours that would not be acceptable in most professional environments — including verbal aggression, public humiliation, and a consistent pattern of bias in how people are treated depending on who they are and who they are close to. Concerns raised through internal channels were either dismissed or met with silence. There is a visible disconnect between the values the company publicly espouses and the daily reality for employees navigating a high-pressure, unaccountable management layer.
