There were some good people working there. Innovative products had the opportunity to develop new ideas. Benefits were okay nothing great. Management was good then culture changed

Cons

backstabbing, constant changing of production schedule to chase revenue. Managers that were not effective or wanted you to fail. Only recognized if you were part of the clicque or in management.
