Good place to work - Yard Person ADESA Employee Review

Managers, they treat they're employees like garbage! Threaten to take money out of your pay if you screw up or need more supplies. Most employees get paid the same amount or less ranging from $12-$18. Pay should be more as the workload isn't even thought the same positions. Mangers should get huge bonuses when they overreach branch targets. NO one person needs a hefty bonus for sitting in a locked office behind a computer while the little guys are out making sure the REAL work is getting done!
