Pros

Most of the staff are really friendly, hard workers. Wage is not great, but, okay, depending on your position. Same with health plan (pretty good really) & stock options seem to be available to all staff. Your best day here will probably be the day you leave for retirement/a better job/or no job at all.

Cons

Nepotism is RAMPANT here! The GM is a severe micro manager. You are required to fill out a sheet daily, marking down exactly what work you did, from a phone call, to how many emails you read, answered, sent etc, to how many times you sharpened your pencil or refilled the paper in the photocopier. Sent a fax did you? Mark down how many & no, don't try & "guess" at the end of the day, management may have been monitoring you today & if your #'s don't match up with their #'s, you may find this to be your last day of work. And no, they apparently don't have better things to do with their time. If you work in the office, you then have to enter all that on to your computer, if you work outside, you must fill in the sheet & hand it in to an office manager who then enters all your info onto the computer (another great time waster for THAT person!). You must also enter the relevant stock numbers of the vehicles you inspected/entered/moved etc on a computer etc. It takes easily 10-20 min out of your work day to fill in the paperwork & then that much more to enter on the computer. Quotas must be met, or else. Keep in mind this is really a customer service industry, but there are no check boxes for spending time assisting/answering customers etc. It's very archaic & most of the staff find it an insult. Especially the staff that have been around more than a few years.
