Pros

Starting hourly wage is desent for an entry position and as full-time I receive paid time off along with retirement, health care, dental, and vision insurance opportunities. Desent hours with weekends off, (because of economy and not a lot of people buying cars, auctions are slow but still get at least 32hrs a week and paid by-weekly)

Cons

Thanks-less positions, lack of interest in employee concerns and interests with no scheduled reviews, employee and management turn-around is high, working in all weather conditions, cars dealers (our customers) expect special treatment which ends up conflicting with productivity levels and work-flow, asked to learn other departments with no added compensation, company focused on numbers not so much on employees.

• bad management • work goes unrecognized • horrible communication • bad pay/compensation • stressful workload • dirty cars • outdoor job with bad weather
