Pros
full time employment, in-door gym facility(which is only available after 6 months of employment), small cafe for lunch time convenience
Cons
Staggeringly high turnover. This is not a criticism of the company overall, I wasn't there long enough to form an opinion one way or another in that respect, moreover just specific to a department I worked in located in Carmel, Indiana. Insufficient training to learn and adapt to several interface programs with the absurd expectation to intuitively understand it all all whilst explaining the process once if you're lucky, then telling you you're doing a wonderful job only to sever your contract with the company when you express a concern with the lack of sufficient training. It was a joke. The two individuals in charge of the department, one more so than the other, spew toxic disparaging remarks about the people who work under them while they're conveniently absent. It's a pretty depressing atmosphere.
