Top level management in the person of Jim Hallett and a few others have quite good at establishing a strong financial company. Mr. Hallett's values are quote commendable,
Cons
The values of high level management do not filter down to the next level of management. There is obvious racism and discrimination against women. I hope that high level management will make themselves aware of these issues.
