Okay place to work but needs improvement - Anonymous employee ADESA Employee Review

The office environment is very clique-ey and some of the people are racist and prejudiced and don’t try to hide it. When brought to HRs attention, it was played down and swept under the carpet. I worked in 3 departments while there and all three were mind-numbingly boring with sale day being the only interesting day. Some of the dealers are nice and kind, but others are rude and offensive. The pay isn’t awful but it could be higher.
