Pros

On-site gym access -- gym is huge and even has a trainer that you can request. Volunteer activities Parties/contests -- each department holds a small party throughout the year, with music, games, and activities. Room for advancement -- There is always something available.

Cons

High call volume -- but, this was a call center setting, so this is expected. Clients are rude -- expect to be abused be callers. Very "clique-y" -- reminded me of high school. This is very apparent throughout the different departments.

• bad management • work goes unrecognized • horrible communication • bad pay/compensation • stressful workload • dirty cars • outdoor job with bad weather
