      Pros

      Great management teams, great company culture, great industry. The customers really love using ADESA. The company really had a great atmosphere - very "work hard play hard." I had to leave to personal reasons, but I really wish I could have stayed and grown my career there. It's a great industry to be in - everyone needs cars!

      Cons

      IT dept was unable to complete out requests within a reasonable amount of time. Seems very bureaucratic and unorganized.
