Customer Service - Anonymous employee ADESA Employee Review

Everything you do will mean nothing unless they can use you to their gain. Women don't stand chance. Stand is privilege. You are not afforded such as taking stance if you are women working for this company.The other women in location I work in are also abused, mistreated and lied to when it came to being paid and or promoted. I know of 3 including myself that were told we would get xyz raise, etc. They were lied too. We never received. It's 2018 and this Company knowingly allows men to bully women, mistreat and harass. You really feel you work for the mafia.They threaten you. They are dangerous and will continue to get away with this activity because there is nothing you can do to stop them. They know this. They have the money, manipulate the people to depend on their paycheck not to tell the truth. They have the money, so crooked they will continue to stay the way they are.
