      Pros

      4 weeks of time off to start. That's about it

      Cons

      Terrible pay increases. Was told I was extremely valuable then got a .50 cent raise. Reactionary management. Finding an issue with a few employees and punishing the everyone for it except those choice few who continue to abuse.
