No hikes for employees for past 2 and half years in the past five years for the employees. They have lot of budget cuts. They eliminated lot of departments. If you need a stable job don't join here. Lot of politics for promotions. This company has the worst attrition rate and the HR are not even concerned about it. The company lost good resources in the past couple of years.
