      Unfortunately there are no pros to speak about. This company truly has nothing to offer.

      Cons

      Management is inept. Pay is horrible for what you do each day. Basically if you like stress and like to complain this is the job for you. All aspects of Kar inc are missing managed and the company does not care about you the employee. If someone serious takes place they will not stand behind. Stay away from this company.
