      Bad company management, Very poor working conditions!! - Driver ADESA Employee Review

      Pros

      Get to drive some newer model cars.

      Cons

      Work outside in heat and cold, "washing" 300 to 700 cars each week!! Never told anything about this "part" of the job during application or interview!! Don't care about employees, they make drivers wait outside in heat or cold for next assignment, sometimes for hours!!
