Adesa's Engineering Leadership. Top down, hierarchial fear based culture. Vice Presidents lead with fear and intimidation and are prone to public shaming. Lacks diversity, inclusion, collaboration and cooperation. They create and reward hero mentalities and hire themselves. Extreme toxic/hostile environment. They preach high performance and empowerment but lack the ability to cultivate that culture.
