      A few of the best reasons to work for ADESA would be: -very willing to balance family and work -free carwash

      Cons

      Downsides of working at ADESA -upper managment has little involvment w/support staff -position postings are grossly misrepresented -never a comment on your performance--good or bad -staff is not aware of organizational goes or expections -atmosphere of bulliying has been created and witnessed by upper management--for which there are no ramifications -the place is very disorganized/dirty
