Senior Management Does Not Care About Field Reps - Field Representative ADESA Employee Review

Senior management likes to make decisions without doing any research. A couple of years ago they paid 4 million dollars for Routing software which didn't work and they had to scrap it. Also they are implementing new software that will now take 3 times as long to do an inspection. Next year they will be changing our pay from an hourly rate to $10 an hour and $12 a car. Which would be alright except when winter comes and we can't inspect cars because they are snowed in. So on those days we'll be making minimum wage for the day. Seniority also means nothing because as of next year we all get paid the same rate no matter how long you've been working for the company.
