Adesa will always change your pay, make goals so high you end up working for your small salary. No integrity in their system, its all what you negotiate for all policies, procedures, pay territories even individual customers. If it benefits Adesa to make a customer a house account they will take it away from the sales person and tell you to go grow your territory.
