No accommodations on the lot during dangerous weather conditions. No signs on one lane, two way drives. No water provided during the summer during excruciating heat. Poor management of lot. Toxic work environment, culture, and rapport amoung staff. Do not provide benefits for full time adesa employees. Allow people to smoke in the bays and near entrances and in cars that do not belong to them
