Pros

ADP’s been a great place to work — the management’s supportive, the coworkers are great, and there’s a really good work-life balance. The benefits are solid, and there’s a lot of opportunity to move around and grow within the company.

Cons

The only downside is that, since it’s such a large organization, you can sometimes feel like just another number or low on the totem pole.
