In office attendance pushed on inside sales even though there is no reason to be in office, senior leadership is very aggressive about it, tracking badge swipes and constant micromanaging Lowest pay in the industry, when i was a top sales rep hitting presidents club i made 75k all in. Great product that is on the decline, company is moving everything onto a cloud to cheapen the product but charge more, they put lipstick on their product instead of innovating Senior leaderships is disconnected, have no idea what its actually like to do the job any more
