      Pros

      Free trip to Dallas Texas for training. Decent benefits and vacation time. 401k is not bad as well. Meeting great people

      Cons

      Horrible structure. Poor management skills, and very unprofessional. Not a safe place to depend on. High turnover. No one is happy. No team bonding whatsoever. Everyone is out for themselves....

      Pros

      shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

      Cons

      you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
