Pros
Benefits, ability to make some great income if you can self generate your own leads
Cons
Recently changed their business model; now they want you to become a door to door salesman before they'll throw leads at you. Not my cup of tea.. Can't rely on the installations team to get the job done. They will throw you (salesman) under the bus the first moment they can walk away from the job and you lose your deal.
